Begin your festival journey with qigong inspired yang flow movements set to: 

  • clear tension within the nooks & crannies of your fascia.

  • restore the free flow of energy within your energetic system.

  • connect you to your body, the present moment & to what is alive in your heart.

Then explore mantra meditation, where you will create high vibrational frequencies via the healing power of your own voice to support the clearing of any negative thoughts or energy you may be holding onto, so that you can leave thinking, speaking & acting more in alignment with the true inner beauty that is you.

No yoga, mantra or meditation experience necessary. All welcome.

If practicing online, to enhance your sound experience at home you will need headphones or a Bluetooth speaker connected to the Zoom audio. 

It is recommended that ALL participants have a yoga mat, a water bottle & something comfy to sit on.

2:30 PM Staying FIT and Motivated with Fiona Groves

Grab a loaded backpack, chair, 2 food cans, and a jug of milk or laundry liquid (or similar) and join Coach Fiona Groves in a fun and innovating workout that will show you how it's possible to stay FIT at home during COVID.  The session will start with an interactive workshop on how to stay motivated and accountable to your fitness goals during the pandemic, and then finish with a sweat session for all levels!

4:00 PM Crystal Bowl Sound Healing with Caroline Dalton

Sound Journey Meditation- take time to slow down and retune the body with the healing vibrations of the alchemy crystal bowls and other sound modalities. This hour journey will leave you in a state of bliss while renewing the body and mind.
